Personal Data You Provide to Us
When you complete a form, request a quote, book a call, subscribe to updates, start a chat, or otherwise contact Us through the Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include your first and last name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, job title or role, website URL, and any project details, budget range, timeline, or other information you choose to include in your message.
We do not require you to create an account to use the Website, and the Website does not currently offer public user accounts.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Service. It may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, device type and unique device identifiers, the pages of the Service you visit, the date and time of your visit, the time spent on those pages, the referring website or campaign that brought you to the Service, the search terms and search result positions associated with your visit, scroll depth and clicks, and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service through a mobile device, we may automatically collect information including the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device identifiers, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and the type of mobile browser you use.
Approximate Location
We and our analytics and advertising providers may infer your approximate location, such as country, region, or city, from your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation data from your device through the Website.
Information Collected Through Forms and Marketing Tools
We use third-party marketing automation, customer relationship management, form, scheduling, and chat tools to operate the Service. These tools may record information such as the pages you viewed before and after submitting a form, the campaign or referral source associated with your visit, whether and when you opened or clicked a link in an email we sent you, and the content of messages you send Us. This information is associated with the contact record we maintain for you and is used to respond to your inquiry and to understand which of our marketing efforts are effective.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on the Service and store certain information. Technologies used include cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, scripts, and local storage, which we use to collect and track information, to secure and improve the Service, and to measure and deliver advertising.
Cookies or browser cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of the Service.
Web beacons and pixels. Certain sections of the Service and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons, also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs, that permit Us to count users who have visited a page or opened an email, to record the popularity of a section, to verify system and server integrity, and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Local storage. Some features store information directly in your browser’s local or session storage, which persists similarly to a cookie but is managed through your browser’s site data settings.
Cookies can be persistent or session cookies. Persistent cookies remain on your device when you go offline, while session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your browser. We use both types for the purposes described below.
Types of Cookies We Use
Necessary and essential cookies. Session cookies, administered by Us. These are essential to provide you with the Service and to enable core features, including security, load balancing, and fraud prevention on our forms. Without these cookies, the Service cannot function as intended.
Preference acceptance cookies. Persistent cookies, administered by Us. These record whether you have accepted or declined the use of cookies on the Service, so that we do not repeat the request on every visit.
Functionality cookies. Persistent cookies, administered by Us. These allow Us to remember choices you make on the Service, such as language preference or previously entered form details, to give you a more personal experience.
Analytics and performance cookies. Persistent cookies, administered by third parties. These are used to understand traffic to the Service and how visitors use it, to test new pages and features, and to measure site and search performance. The information collected is typically linked to a pseudonymous identifier associated with the device you use.
Advertising and remarketing cookies. Persistent cookies, administered by third parties. These are used to measure the performance of our advertising, to record conversions such as a completed form submission, and to show you advertisements for our services on other websites and platforms after you have visited the Service.
Your Cookie Choices
Where required by applicable law, we present a consent banner that allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies before they are set, and to change your choice at any time. Independently of that banner, most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings, and to block third-party cookies specifically. Blocking cookies may affect the functionality of the Service. See also the sections below on interest-based advertising opt-outs and on Global Privacy Control.

If you would like to know which specific providers we use at any given time, you may request that information by contacting Us at info@metriqz.com.
Advertising and Remarketing
We use remarketing and audience services to advertise to you after you have accessed or visited the Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies and non-cookie technologies to recognize your device and understand how you use the Service, so that we can measure and improve our marketing and show you advertisements that are more relevant to you.
These vendors may enable Us to measure and analyze traffic and browsing activity on the Service, to show advertisements for our services on third-party websites and apps, and to measure and analyze the performance of our advertising campaigns. We may share information such as hashed email addresses or other online identifiers collected on the Service with these vendors, which allows them to recognize and deliver advertisements to you across devices and browsers.
Some vendors may use non-cookie technologies that are not affected by browser settings that block cookies, and your browser may not permit you to block such technologies. You can use the following industry tools to decline the collection and use of information for interest-based advertising: the NAI opt-out platform at http://optout.networkadvertising.org/, the DAA opt-out platform at http://optout.aboutads.info/, and, in Europe, the EDAA platform at http://www.youronlinechoices.com/.
You may also opt out of personalized advertising by enabling privacy features on your mobile device, such as App Tracking Transparency and Limit Ad Tracking on iOS, and Opt Out of Ads Personalization on Android. See your device’s help system for more information. Please note that opting out of interest-based advertising does not stop you from seeing advertisements; it means the advertisements you see may be less relevant to you.
Email and Marketing Communications
We may use your personal data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions in any marketing email we send, or by contacting Us at info@metriqz.com. We may still send you non-marketing messages relating to your inquiry, an active engagement, or the operation of the Service.
Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.
As a general matter, we retain inquiry and contact records for as long as you remain an active or prospective client and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we retain records relating to completed engagements for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and limitation-of-actions rules. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where it is used to strengthen security or improve the functionality of the Service, or where we are legally obliged to retain it for longer.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including personal data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices in the United States and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent UK and Swiss mechanisms, together with additional technical and organizational measures where required. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting Us.
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your personal data will take place to an organization or a country unless adequate controls are in place.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your personal data if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities such as a court or a government agency.
Other Legal Requirements
The Company may disclose your personal data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or to protect against legal liability.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of your personal data is important to Us. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect it, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of your personal data. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
Under the CCPA/CPRA, “sell” means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “share” means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, our use of advertising, remarketing, and analytics technologies on the Service may constitute a sale or a sharing of personal information under these definitions.
On that basis, we may have sold or shared the following categories of personal information in the preceding twelve months: Category A (Identifiers), Category F (Internet or other similar network activity), Category G (approximate Geolocation data), and Category K (Inferences). The categories of third parties involved are advertising networks, remarketing and audience platforms, and analytics providers.
We do not sell or share sensitive personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted without the right to limit under the CCPA/CPRA.
Sale or Sharing of Personal Information of Minors Under 16
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 16 through the Service, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we actually know are under 16 years of age. If you have reason to believe that a child under 13 or under 16 has provided Us with personal information, please contact Us with sufficient detail to enable Us to delete that information.
Your Rights under the CCPA/CPRA
The right to notice. To be notified which categories of personal data are being collected and the purposes for which they are used.
The right to know and access. The right to correct. To have inaccurate personal information about you corrected.
The right to delete. To request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions, including where retention is necessary to complete a transaction you requested, detect security incidents, debug and repair errors, exercise free speech, comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act, conduct public-interest research, enable internal uses reasonably aligned with your expectations, or comply with a legal obligation.
The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. As stated above, we do not collect sensitive personal information through the Service, so this right does not currently apply to our processing.
The right to non-discrimination. Not to be denied goods or services, charged different prices or rates, provided a different level or quality of service, or offered different terms because you exercised your rights.
Exercising Your CCPA/CPRA Rights
To exercise any of these rights, you may contact Us by email at info@metriqz.com, or by mail at Metriqz LLC, 418 Broadway #4358, Albany, NY 12207, United States. Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State whom you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable request related to your personal information.
Your request must provide sufficient information to allow Us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information, or an authorized representative, and must describe your request with enough detail for Us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with the required information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you.
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. That period may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with prior notice to you. Disclosures we provide will cover the 12-month period preceding receipt of the request. For data portability requests, we will select a format that is readily usable and allows you to transmit the information without hindrance.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To exercise this right, you may use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Privacy Preferences” control available on the Service, adjust your cookie preferences through our consent banner, or contact Us at info@metriqz.com.
You may also use the industry opt-out tools listed in the advertising section above. Please note that any browser-based opt-out is specific to the browser and device you use, and is stored as a cookie. If you change browsers or delete your cookies, you will need to opt out again.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We recognize and honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser and device on which the signal is sent. Because these signals are browser-specific and are not linked to an identified individual, we apply them to the browser from which they are received.
Separately, the Service does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted. You can enable or disable DNT by visiting the preferences or settings page of your web browser.

Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent’s consent before we collect and use that information.
Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site.
