Realtor Pro is a full-scale real estate finance management platform built from scratch by Metriqz for real estate developers and property managers. The platform centralizes every aspect of property sales and client finance management — from tracking sales and managing payment plans to generating receipts, producing financial reports, and executing legal documents digitally. Built to work globally and integrate with the accounting tools teams already use, Realtor Pro is a complete operational system for modern real estate businesses.
Real estate developers and property managers were managing sales, payment plans, client finances, and legal documents across disconnected spreadsheets and tools — creating errors, inefficiencies, and gaps in their financial records. They needed a single platform that could handle the full lifecycle of a property sale — from first contact to signed documents and processed payment — with real-time reporting, automated receipts, and integrations with the accounting software their teams were already using. Metriqz designed and built the entire product from scratch — UI/UX through to production deployment.
