Riesgo Pro is a full-scale KYC and compliance verification platform built from scratch by Metriqz for financial institutions operating in Latin America. The platform allows compliance teams to screen clients against international watchlists, manage pending verifications, track risk scores, and onboard new clients remotely — all from a single, intuitive dashboard. Built to serve banks, credit unions, and financial institutions of any size, Riesgo Pro is live and actively serving real clients today.
Financial institutions in Latin America needed a modern, reliable compliance platform that could handle KYC verification and client screening without the complexity and cost of enterprise solutions built for other markets. The platform needed to screen clients against major international watchlists — UN Security Council, OFAC, Interpol, FBI, and EU Most Wanted — in real time. It also needed a remote onboarding flow that allowed clients to complete their information from home, a digital signature implementation for document verification, a pending queue for compliance teams to manage unresolved cases, and a full activity log for audit purposes. Metriqz designed and built the entire product from the ground up — UI/UX through to production deployment.

A fully digital onboarding flow that allows clients to complete and submit their information from home — reducing friction and eliminating the need for in-person visits.
A Verisign-type document verification implementation that allows clients to sign and authenticate documents digitally as part of the onboarding process.
