RREAF Holdings is a private real estate investment firm based in Dallas, Texas, founded in 2010. They specialize in acquiring, developing, and managing diverse real estate assets across multifamily, hospitality, office, and retail properties. They came to Metriqz needing a modern, highly visual website that their team and agents could manage without constant developer intervention.
RREAF Holdings needed to migrate their outdated site to WordPress and rebuild it from scratch. Their primary goal was a modern, highly visual site that could be managed without constant developer help — client conversion was the priority so the design needed to be stunning and professional. They needed flexible templated pages for property listings and news posts, custom filtering so visitors could find properties easily, responsive design across all devices, and training for their agents to manage content independently. A robust About Us page and unique sliders were also part of the scope.
